Adobe InDesign licensing issue occurred

One of the clients has an issue with Adobe Creative Suite 5. The issue is Adobe Illustrator CS5 begins to start and then closes. What may be the problem?

Adobe InDesign

Adobe InDesign is not properly licensed and will now quit.

Adobe InDesign licensing issue occurred

I had a similar issue where Adobe Illustrator CS5 would begin to start and then would close soon after. After researching this for a while, here is what I found.
