Adobe Media Encoder CS6 Fails to launch Help Client

Hello

My adobe Adobe Media Encoder CS6 failed to launch the help client and gives an error message conveying the same. Why did I fail to download the files necessary to launch the help client? Is this an issue with the installer I downloaded? I tried downloading the installer again after temporarily disabling my Firewall settings. But this method too does not help me to resolve this problem. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software and it gives me the same result. Did anyone else encounter a similar issue? If so, Can you please share a fix for this issue? Thanks for your help.

Adobe Media Encoder CS6 Fails to launch Help Client

Hi Marchelle,
The error is because of the incorrect error string in the system.
To resolve this error follow the steps mentioned below:
1) Open the PDF application in the system
2) Navigate and open the PDF place holder application
3) From the applications folder, open the Adobe Help utility in the system
4) After the utility is launched, click 'Download' button in the general settings option

5) When the download is finished, the manager unzips the files and places in the proper directory
6) Exit the help manager and restart the system
