Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended Entry Point Not Found Error

Hello!

I am facing an error in Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended as I am trying to customize the image quality and while doing some filtering.

The error is stating “Owl Orphanage – photoshop.exe Entry Point Not found.” When using Photoshop CS3 Extended, everything is working well. But going back to my dilemma, the error just keeps appearing.

Please send some help. Thank you guys.

You may want to try disable all of your plugins one by one and try to see which one is causing the issue.

Most likely it is OnOne Perfect Resize (former name is Genuine Fractals).

You need then to go to the Plug-ins folder which is C:Program FilesAdobeAdobe Photoshop CS5 (64 Bit)Plug-insPerfect Resize 7.0 Professional Edition.plugin and look for a subfolder with name Perfect Resize3 and disable the file that says ‘GFFilter.8li.

You may also try to reinstall Perfect Resize correctly.

Your last option would be to uninstall and reinstall the application.

Make sure to delete the Adobe Photoshop CS folder to completely delete the package.

The problem is occurring possibly because the on One plugins for Adobe Photoshop CS4 applications are missing one of their DLLs, it may be also possible that another third party plug-in set is missing too, and therefore you will need to check if that case and the fix it.

The error might also be occurring as a result of a conflict between the Perfect Resize and Perfect Effects, and therefore what you will need to do is to try installing an adobe product that has the combined product Perfect Photo Suites which includes Perfect Resize and Perfect Effects and also the other plug-ins.

That will be able to remove the clash between the programs.

Hello Picolo Norville, I have read your issue on the Photoshop Entry Not Found.

The error you saw was the same when I also tried to customize the image quality in Photoshop.

The work around that normally fixes the problem is to close and re-open it but in this case you will still get the same issue when you try it over again.

Try to verify and look for your installation of Plug-In. If you do have an Installation of a third party Plug-In it must have a terrible connectivity.

Try to reinstall and verify your Plug-In and this will fix your problem, and you can continue on your work.

I checked the plug-ins, but the error is still there. So I just decided to reinstall my program.
