Adobe Photoshop CS5 Crashes when Rendering CD Design PSD

Hi techyv,

I have a problem rendering my cd design psd. I am designing a cover for my cd containing my multimedia project to be submitted next week. Adobe Photoshop cs5 is the application used to design my cd cover, every time I try to save the file it crashes and never return to the page. I am so worried and bothered.

Adobe Photoshop CS5 Crashes when Rendering CD Design PSD

Dear Shannon larry,

You are in a really big problem. You wrote that when you try to save the file it crashes. It can be a problem of virus on your computer or somehow your adobe photoshop lost some few important files. Please uninstall your current application and reinstall. If you have still problem you can setup your pc with a new os and install adobe photoshop again.

Adobe Photoshop CS5 Crashes when Rendering CD Design PSD

They're many reasons why you are having problem in rendering your .PSD file especially if the file is too large.

1. Your installed memory (RAM) and Video card for graphics might be too low to render your file.
2. There is a virus on your computer and laptop that disturb to render your file properly.
3. The capacity of your hard drive was almost full to complete in saving the large file.
4. Your software might have installed improperly or has been corrupted.

Try to do the following if it can be solved the issue:

1. Add more memory and hard drive on your computer or laptop.
2. Scan and clean up your laptop for the possible virus.
3. Reinstall your software.
4. Try to do your work to different computer or laptop.
