Adobe Photoshop CS6 fails to build the Crop Preview

Hi,

I have installed Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended on my Mac machine. It worked fine for 3 months ago but recently, I got the following error message when I attempted to crop an image using this software. I could not understand the cause for the error. I really need your help. I would be greatly appreciate your help.

Could not build the Crop preview because of a program error.

Adobe Photoshop CS6 fails to build the Crop Preview

Hi,

I would like you to save your work and reopen the Photoshop. Or use crop tool with “original Ratio”, which will bring default setting for this tool. Again set it back to “unconstrained”.

If nothing works, reinstall Photoshop after clean removal along with temporary files.  This should resolve the issue.
