Adobe Premier unknown software Exception occurred
This might happen due to lack of memory of the system unit. But this is more unlikely. This may also happen when there is a driver conflict. Please make sure that there are no programs running at the background.
You can also resolve this problem copying a new version of MSVCR90.dll into Adobe premier. Copies of MSVCR90.dll can be found at setup directory and setup loyalty directory. You have to copy new version of MSVCR90.dll in to Adobe premier from these different locations.
I also advise you not to install any third party components, as this may cause to create this problem. Other causes for this error may be damaging the Adobe Premier Pro.exe file , registry, .log files or low disk space etc.
Thanks
Gareth

That is a problem being caused possibly by some issues in the adobe premier program's registry entries, and therefore you will need to fix that. The registry entries may have been corrupt by some action that you did, or maybe a virus infection led to the corruption of the adobe premier’s registry entries. You will need to do the following to try and fix the problem:
-
Run the system restore utility to remove any changes that you might have made to the computer that are causing the problem to occur.
-
You will also need to get a program called ccleaner from the internet, it is a registry fix program, install it on your computer and then try using it to fix any problems with the registry entries and see if it will help resolve the problem.

That error is normally related to the memory. Since that is an exception error, try checking if your application is compatible with your computer. Go to the Adobe website or the site where you downloaded it and check the system requirements of the version you downloaded. If there seems to be no problem and your program is completely compatible with your machine, try to uninstall and reinstall it.
Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install it. Once installed, start Revo Uninstaller then select your Adobe Premier among the applications and click “Uninstall”. Follow the normal uninstall process. When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds. This removes everything the program created on your computer.
When it is finished, close Revo Uninstaller then install Adobe Premier back. See if it works.
