I was working on with my files on my computer and open this new PDF file that always pops this message:
Adobe Reader
This document enables Reader capabilities that are no longer enabled in this Reader version.
I cant open it! Do I need to download again the file or there is a problem in adobe reader? Any suggestions?

Hello Mr. Jamin Y. There is no problem in your Adobe Reader. I think you just need to download a new and upgraded version of Adobe Reader than what you were using right now. Go to their website, http://www.adobe.com/, search their latest free adobe reader downloader and download it to your software. I hope it helped. thanks!Â

Hello Jamin Ywain,
Â
I think that the file you were trying to open is an old file which needed some features the latest Adobe Reader removed. If you can remember the last version you used while the file was working, I would suggest to find it and download the installer, remove your current Reader and install the old one and disable the auto update feature. If the old file can be updated to a new one I would suggest to update that file so that the newer versions can read it without having problems. Basically, it means that you must downgrade your Adobe Reader in order to open the file.

I think that you have an old file and not an old Reader.

Hope this helps.
