Adobe Reader X and Dynamics GP problem

I think something seems to be amiss with Adobe Reader X and Dynamics GP. Yesterday we upgraded Adobe Reader to version X on our Terminal Server, where our Dynamics GP application is running.

Till then, users were able to attach PDF files to GP records using OLE Object Container. But after the upgrade, all users are getting the same error message whenever they try to attach a PDF file or view an existing PDF attachment.

I hope somebody could give me idea what seems to be the problem and a solution to this.

Adobe Reader X and Dynamics GP problem

 

Is it very much necessary to upgrade the latest version? If so then the company house has to fix the problem. I shall say, keep the old version. If you need to update to latest version al all, then download the entire file that is executable and is latest then you need to replace the previous installation. As you are aware of the software crisis, all that you do now is to pen and then close the possible queries and answer for each in the following three steps. First you need to go through the manual and the system requirements and secondly find a better match hardware and software support for it. Thanks.
