A few days ago I had a problem that I found my advanced volume control is missing from Taskbar and then I tried to find the function in control panel>sounds, speech and Audio devices and then clicked in Advanced volume control and then I found a dialog box which is given below. Would you tell me how I can get rid from this problem?
Windows  cannot find 'C:WINDOWSsystem32sndvol32.exe'.Make sure you type the name correctly,
and then try again. To search for a file click the Start button, and then click Search.

You can get rid of this problem by insert the Windows XP installation CD into your computer's CD or DVD-ROM drive. Press and hold down the SHIFT key as you insert the CD-ROM to prevent it from starting automatically.
After that press Windows logo + R to open the run dialog box. In the Open box, type cmd, and then click OK.
(Type the letter associated by the CD or DVD ROM for example d represent the CD or DVD ROM drive)
Type
D: (press enter)
cd i386 (again press enter)
expand sndvol32.ex_ system_rootsystem32sndvol32.exe  (again press enter)
exit (press enter)
Note: type exactly as shown above. Verify if the volume icon is in notification area.
