The advantages of Adobe Dreamweaver
Adobe Dreamweaver is formerly known as Macromedia Dreamweaver which was originally created by Macromedia as a proprietary web development application. Macromedia was bought by Adobe Systems in 2005 and is now the developer of the software. Adobe Dreamweaver is available for both Mac OS X and Windows operating systems. To extend the core functionality of the software, Adobe Dreamweaver has the ability to use third party Extensions.
This is what web developers needed in writing HTML and JavaScript codes. Dreamweaver, like other HTML editors, edits files locally then uploads them to the remote web server using FTP, SFTP, or WebDAV. Dreamweaver CS4 now supports the Subversion [SVN] version control system.
