After 3ds max 2011installation Hotfix 4 error

Hello Community,

During the installation of 2011 max on to my PC everything was okay, but when I tried to apply the hotfix 4, my four view ports turned into black but the user border remained grey and still loading.

And I could press in the sight ports but I was unable to see anything.

The same thing for the mesh drop work for modeling – I could not see anything.

The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch.

My operating system is Windows 7 and I have tested to see that my hardware is upgraded. I have figured that something has worked on my di-o-matic, when I tried it the first time. It makes me to rearrange to default UI and when I confirm yes/no, it makes no difference how many different techniques I have tried, it just goes back to turning the viewports black.

 Please show me a way that will restore the original and I do not mean to service pack the software or update till there is another solution for the fix lol.
