People have been often complaining about different issues of IOS 7. I researched in many sites including Apple Support communities, but unfortunately there is no solution. Either there is bug or only some people are facing this problem. Apple should quickly resolve this problem as a large number of people are complaining about this. But you can try this and see if it works.

1. Reset iPad. Hold the power and home button for a couple of seconds until you see the apple logo. Remember data will not be affected.
2. Reset all settings. Navigate to Settings > general > reset > reset all settings.

There are many reasons why recording a video in iPhone has no sound. One reason is a dirty mic. When you’ve been using your phone for quite a while, dirt or tiny particles start to embed in the microphone. Try cleaning the mic to remove the tiny particles then try recording again. See if this works.

If this doesn’t work, check that no Bluetooth device is connected to your phone. When a Bluetooth device is connected to your phone like a Bluetooth headset, this may prevent the speakers from giving off sound. To check, on your iPhone, go to “Settings” then “Bluetooth” and then verify that no headset is connected. Turn off Bluetooth to make sure.

If this doesn’t work, try closing the camera then open music. Sometimes a small software glitch may lead to no sound on recording. To check it, close the camera or video application on your iPhone then open the music application. Play music then close it. Try recording again then see if it works. If none of these works, you need to check if your microphone is working.

You can do the checking with Voice memos. On your iPhone, launch voice memos then try recording your voice. If the problem continues, restart your phone or perform a factory reset to reset everything on your device.
