Alienware M14X latest upgrade questions

Alienware has upgraded its M14X series with Intel’s latest ‘Ivy Bridge’ chipset, and new Nvidia GeForce 650M. Intel’s 3rd generation Core processors have been codenamed as Ivy Bridge. On the testing we found out that prolonged usage this laptop will get M14X very warm which is usual with high power laptops.

• Can the heating up of M14X be reduced anyway?
• With the same old battery as the older M14X, the 64W Li-ion unit we could run Diablo 3 with full specs for over 3 hours without mains, can this duration be even increased?
• The hindrance for these laptops for ordinary gamers is its price ranging from £1,400-£1700. When will these gaming rigs be available for low budget gamers?
• Also,I found out that Ivy Bridge is a small town in Devon. Is there any connection for Intel's new chipset with this small town in Devon?

1. Use a USB Laptop Cooling Stand to overcome heating problems and avoid using on flat surfaces with low ventilation.

2. Upgrade to GDDR 5 for better performance and low energy consumption.

3. With the slowing economies world over the big boys like Alienware don't plan any significant reduction in price as they mostly target tech savvy crowd which often doesn't care most about the price.

There are a lot of ways to cool your laptop first buy a USB external cooler and an Alienware gaming laptop is an expensive hardware there are plenty of alternatives in the market if you have money to burn Alienware is somewhat better one the Alienware laptop specs runs at i7 Intel processor 4 GB of ram NVIDIA 1 GB graphics card.
