Recently, I had a small debate with my friend about my favourite company Amazon. I consider myself somewhat of an expert on Amazon and its various services. But he told me I was wrong to consider Amazon instant video and Prime to be the same things. Can someone please clarify the debate about Amazon instant video vs Prime?

Amazon Instant Video VS Prime : What’s The Difference?
Hi, Amazon is certainly a very innovative company, always coming up with new products and services, and I am not surprised to see how big of a fan you are.
The Amazon Prime basically a package of perks which you get once you sign up and become a member. It is meant for subscribers who own Kindle products bought from Amazon and just generally tend to shop a lot from it.
The instant video, on the other hand, is a part of the package users get when they become a subscriber. But, it can also be used by non-members to view movies or TV shows. There are even options to buy or rent DVDs.
