Is this even true and is it already available? If so, has anyone tried this app and if it's any good? What are it's key features and what sets this apart from the others like Netflix?

Instant Video is now playing on your Xbox 360. All videos you've purchased or have currently rented from Amazon are now available on your Xbox 360.  They also have a one month free trial version.  Amazon Instant Video on the Xbox 360 console is among one of the most requested video features.

Amazon Instant Video for Xbox 360?

Hi there Trevovalentin, 

Yes this is already on going. But you have to be 1. Xbox Live gold member and 2. Amazon Prime subscriber to be able to access more than 17,000 movie libraries that they have.

This app is perfect for people like me who's a huge fan of streaming videos instead of walking to some video rental shop and choose my stacks of video tapes they have.

This application gives you all the latest available and of course all time favorites from kids to kids at heart, drama, action, horror etc. If you're not an Amazon Prime member you can still have this app and just rent the videos you want online and stream it.
