AMD Livebox: AMD’s mini PC
Actually AMD's Livebox uses passive cooling techniques which means no fans are required.
The passive cooling system replaces the fans with heat pipes the heat pipes transfer heat to the heat sinks which are responsible for dissipating heat to environment.
Also the design of the Livebox allows air to pass freely into the device allowing heat to be dissipated more efficiently.
