AMD and Intel are the processor kings. However, both of them are popular almost equally. What are the major differences between the AMD and Intel processors? Which one should be chosen at the time of purchase? Which is the best after all? Are there any other processor makers which can be a challenge for the above mentioned giants?

AMD is cheaper than Intel. We can easily purchase AMD processor when budget is very tight. AMD processor price is $150 and the Intel processor price $200.

 

Overclocking:

AMD processor is best for overclocking.

 

Which is the best:

Intel is the best choice for making CPU. If we want a great speed then we use Intel processor.

The cost of Intel processor is very high.

It is hard to say that which is best between Intel and AMD. Intel and AMD both got better Overclocking and GPU efficiency.First, You have to think what will you do with your PC.If you want for web browsing, watching videos, sending emails then you should go with AMD. But when you want for playing games, works with graphics then you should go with Intels high-end processors.Intel is more pricey than AMD.I give AMD extra support because it gives good performance on a tight budget.

There is not much difference between AMD and Intel processors. However if you are on a low budget, AMD would be a great catch considering they are cheaper. In your case though, a gaming machine requires a pprocessor with high performance. There is notable difference in frame rate between AMD and Intel chip when using the same graphics card hence you should use Intel for a gaming machine.
