In this order I can tell you some of them like, Improved Stability of the Operating System, new Home Screen, and of course you can customized you home screen how you prefer, you can resize your widgets, the lock screen has also changed, you can respond at your incoming calls faster than before, text input and spell-checking has improved, the voice input engine is more powerful, you have visual voicemail and many more. But in my opinion is that you should wait until summer, when Google will release Android 5, which will probably be better than 4.

Multitasking is the main strength of the Android operating system and it is made more visual and easier on Android 4.0.
