Anti-virus could not be updated

My latest anti-virus does not update automatically, how will i set the automatic update or should I replace my anti-virus?

Hey Christopher B. Pyles!

I don't know which Antivirus you are using, as you have not mentioned above. There is a possibility that the option for Automatic Updates is disabled in your Antivirus. What you need to is just to open your Antivirus. There you will see Settings. Click on settings button and try to find Updates. Once you find it, click on it. In update option, you will see Automatic Update. You have to enable this option by clicking on it. After enabling this option your antivirus will automatically update.

Anti-virus could not be updated

You have to manually enable your Automatic Updates. Follow the instructions below:

Click Start>Control Panel>System and Maintenance and then click  Turn automatic updating on or off under Windows Update. And then select your preferred schedules for updates and click OK.

What antivirus are you using? Try to find the settings for turning the automatic updates on. And also, possible reason for this is you are having a malicious threat. Scan your computer for possible viruses and then delete it.
