AntiVirus for Windows Server 2003
Hi Willis K White,
There are countless free anti-viruses for OS but almost nothing to none for Windows Server 2003. Avira anti-virus and Avast is good on Windows server 2003 but my recommendation is “ClamWin” the best for Windows server 2003 because it is cost-free, comes with simply installer and open source code, using the well- respected ClamAV scanning engine and patches more security vulnerabilities. Also includes automatic virus scanner and virus database updates, scheduler, integration to MS Windows Explorer, as well as add-in to MS Outlook. Now you can download the latest version of ClamWin 0.98 and enjoy.
AntiVirus for Windows Server 2003
Hello,
The best antivirus from expirience is NOD32, by ESET. Free antivirus are not recommended to use on servers (avira, etc). NOD is easy to use, control panel is easy manageable, and it is not using much of your system resources. Also, a very good antivirus avalilable for server 2003 with console management, remote client installation, and so is VIPRE antivirus https://www.vipre.com/
AntiVirus for Windows Server 2003
Hi,
Symantec's multi-Tier solution works great as it can control many emerging threats, though it consumes lots of resources. But as far as optimum performance is concerned, kaspersky would be the best choice as server2003 solution.
If you want free solution and also effective one, then it would be Avira. This software has been rated best for its freeness and quality. Load this software, and perform regular updates.
