Any available logo design templates software?

Hi and good day TechyV world!

I have been amazed by the logo design templates of a company and the sportswear brand. I have been also amazed of the logos of the teams in the NBA, WNBA, NCAA, NHL, NFL and others.

 

Now here is my question, is there a logo design template maker software that can help me make a template with a professional look? Any help would be nice.

In fact Mr. Joseph there are software used by the logo designers to make log templates. These software manipulates the known simple word to appear funny.
