Any ideas in running my dell camera properly?

Hi!

My Dell laptops have as a built-in laptop in it and I am trying now to use it. The resolution is not so good and the application crashes from time to time. I'd like to ask for your help with ideas in running my Dell camera properly without it crashing.

Hi ma'am!

If the problem still persists as of now, you may try to  uninstall the driver of your camera via Control Panel then re-install it again if you have the CD for it. If a CD is not available, you may try to search on the web for the driver. Just type in the name/unit of the camera and then download the driver for it. Another way to solve the issue is to update the driver of your webcam.
