Any open source program to make yahoo invisible web cam scanner?

Hi,I have downloaded 2-3 yahoo invisible web cam scanner detecting software from some free sites

I made 10 tests and every time it shows right results without any server conjunction problems.

I was wondering as how many scanning engine it is using and what is the platform for this type of software development.

Can anybody suggest me any open source program builder to develop such software?

I am providing you a couple of website links that will provide you the Yahoo Invisible Scanner and Yahoo Invisible Detector.

The software integrates with the Yahoo webcam.
