Any SOFTWARE that can DETECT MALICIOUS VIRUSES before downloading a file?

I am really having a serious issue when it comes to downloading files from site to desktop.

My computer became a trash every time I downloaded the photos, software's or plug-ins because viruses were really attached to some files that I have already downloaded. Is there any applications or devices that could warn me first before I download the file to check whether it has a malicious virus or none?

I really need your help.

Malware bytes Anti malware has a protection module that is starting with Windows. It will block each website or incoming connection to your computer that could infect it with potential malware/viruses.
