2) Freshdesk Features-
• It makes use of sixteen languages and easily converts emails and tickets into articles.
• They have a user-friendly website which is easy to access.
• They can easily rank the customers too by some SLA policies.
Its disadvantages include gamification not being available for free for a fresher and are also found to be slow.
