Hello. I have a Samsung Smart TV that has always worked fine. However, I have been experiencing some problems with the apps in the last week.
The Smart TV is connected wirelessly, and the network test shows that the signal is strong and the device is connected. However, when I try to open any app, the system freezes for a bit, and then shows an error message stating that the device is not connected to a network.
Is there any solution?

Try resetting your SmartTV to factory defaults. This is the best way of fixing issues with the applications. Resetting your SmartTV to factory defaults will delete all settings except the Network and the Smart Hub settings. To begin, open your SmartTV then go to Menu. See image.
In the main menu, go to Support and then Self Diagnosis. See image.
In Self Diagnosis screen, select Reset. See image.
After that, you will be prompted with your PIN code. Enter your PIN number. If you want to use the on-screen remote to enter the PIN, in your Smart Touch remote, press down the touch pad and the on-screen remote should appear. See image.
When a prompt appears on the screen, select Yes to continue. See image.
After that, your SmartTV should power cycle and will then display the initial setup screen. Follow the instructions to setup your TV again. See image.
