I have heard there is an IPad app that can fix recorded voices or songs. Is there really an app for singing fixer? Please share me some details about it. How does it works?

There is no specific application for the description you are looking for. There are only Vocal Coaches app that helps you stabilize your vocal skills but none referring to fixing a recording or a song. You can do this with a computer and a software to attain a better quality. So, just stick to that. It'll save you a lot of time and effort.
