Hallo Zack,
To resolve that issue, you will need to confirm that the ASP.NET web service extension has been set to allow: Use the following procedure:
-
On you computer click Start, and then point to All Programs.
-
After that go to Administrative Tools, and then click Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
-
You will need to Expand {server_name}, and after that expand Web Service Extensions.
-
And then you will right-click ASP.NET v.X.X.XXXX, and then click Allow.
In case the ASP.NET Web service extension cannot be found, or it has already been set to Allow, then the Microsoft .NET Framework is installed. But the ASP.NET Web service extension could be missing in IIS. You will therefore need to install the ASP.NET Web service extension to IIS using the following steps:
-
Go tot the Control Panel, and then double-click Add or Remove Programs.
-
After that click Add/Remove Windows Components.
-
And then click Application Server, and then click Details.
-
Next you will click to choose the ASP.NET check box, and then click OK, and then click Next.
Regards,
Carl
