Application Error shows on startup of Windows XP

Hello,

On startup of my Windows XP this error message appeared. If I click OK my taskbar is not loading and my screen freezes. After a reset this error appears again, when I click Cancel everything works just fine. I want to get rid of this error but I don’t know how. Please, is there anyone who can help me fixing this error? What is causing this application error?

Application Error shows on startup of Windows XP

The application isn't monitored by your operating system as it starts up, one thing you do after opening up your computer is to go to start > run > type evntvwr and reboot.

Reason why is that sometimes, your registry isn't catching up with the boot process, most likely after an accidental shutdown happened and such, so you should refresh the cache memory and event viewer so it can start up normally again the next time,
