Hi there,

After I have installed OctoplusSamsung on my PC this error appeared when I tried to open the program. I have the latest version of the program and also I have reinstalled the program hoping that will work but it doesn’t. Can anyone help me please to install OctoplusSamsung properly ? Why is not working ?

The official website also doesn’t say anything about the system specifications of Octoplus Samsung and if this is the case, it’s hard to know if a program will work on your computer or not. The only way to verify it is to install the program and run it. If there is no problem then your operating system is supported after all.

But if not then you probably need a much higher version of Microsoft Windows. To make sure you are installing the latest version, download Octoplus/Octopus Samsung Installer 1.5.8. The program was just updated last May 6, 2014. You can also visit Octoplus Box Software for other downloads. Also when using Octoplus Samsung, make sure you have a supported Samsung device because I think that’s the issue here.

It’s possible that if you don’t have a supported device attached to your computer when using this application, it may generate that error. This latest version has added support for Samsung SM-G310HN, GT-S7390G, GT-P5200, GT-S7580L as well as additional support for an extensive variety of Swift-based phones.
