Apps needed for thought organizing software?

Hi

I am in need of such application which helps me in organizing my thoughts for various activities.I require a list of ten thought organizing software so that i can use all of the application one by one and later on, i can pick the best application out of them.
Please help me.

Google Notebook

Can be used to collect notes and info. From internet. Can be accessed from Computer as well as mobile phones

 

Evernote

Most famous organizer used widely and available for all OS platforms.

 

Jott

Able to convert spoken messages to text.

 

Ubernote

Can submit notes via SMS, Email and can clip contents from the web directly.

 

Fruitnotes

Online notebook and can create and share notes with friends. Can upload photos and videos with your notes.

 

Tiddlywiki

Can be used as a collaboration tool, collect notes, creating websites etc.

 

Tomboy

Desktop application available in Linux, windows and Mac. Supports text highlighting, spell check, undo/redo, font, bullets etc.

 

Gliffy

Can create graphs, flow charts, diagrams.

 

Google Calendar

Used to track events, reminders and can be shared with others. Can be synced with gmail account

 

Wise Mapping

Can create free mind maps and can be shared online.
