ArcGIS 10 data map download not working in Windows XP.

I recently did a ArcGIS 10 data map download for Windows Xp (SP2).

While the program installed correctly but I am not able to access the maps.

I have failed to figure out the problem?

Can anybody help me?

ArcGIS 10 data map download not working in Windows XP.

Hello Jody,

You may be having issues accessing the maps because of compatibility issues.

I will therefore recommend that you do the following:

• Go to your system properties and check the system specifications.
• Use the system specs to search for the right version of ArcGIS 10 data map, and then install it.
• Ensure that you download a version that is meant for Windows XP service pack 2.
