ArcSoft movie 2D 3D converter error

Hi,

I wish to convert my avi file format videos into 3D videos. I installed ArcSoft movie 2D 3D converter and tried to convert the videos but I'm having an error message "File not supported". Am I missing something here? I'm on a Windows XP 64 bit system.
