Are online images available for use

I often use images in my personal business and I look for general items such as food, coffee, etc.  Sometimes I take photos myself and other times I look for images.  I notice some state you cannot use them unless you have permission, but others I do not notice.  Does anyone know the rights around photos if they do not make this statement?  Thank you.

As far as i know if the photo which is you using is not a photography or a logo of a company or which is used for greater purpose is given those statements you are mentioning . And if your using the photos for just food and other thing than that shouldn't be any problem for anyone ,
