Truly hoping someone is here that has a solid experience with trying the online laptop builder sites. Are they reliable, these online laptop builder sites? Will I be able to get one built, shipped and pay via online methods?

Are the online laptop builder sites reliable?

Yes they are reliable although not all of them are. They have promos wherein you can choose an express method where they will build your laptop quickly and ship it to you however the particular method is expensive.
