Are Persian fonts available in open office?
Hi Matthew,
Yes, there is. On the menu bar, go to OpenOffice.org and then Preferences and then proceed to OpenOffice.org Writer and then go to Basic Fonts Control. At the font, Change the values of all the fonts of your choice, any time you can also change the language. Or you can set up a new template and make it your default.
By the way, you can also try NeoOffice and when downloading is successful, you can start using open office. And just be sure that the font you're going to use have Farsi characters/glyphs.
There are also some links that you might be interested about fonts. Go to this link:Â http://www.wazu.jp/gallery/Fonts_Persian.html
Hope this help.
Thanks.
