A friend of mine told me that I can change the fan speed in Windows 7 with a software.
Now I don't know if this is true or not and that is why I came here.
Can you support people tell me if it is true and where can I find these change fan speed Windows 7 programs?
Are they required and improve my computer's performance?
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Are there any change fan speed Windows 7 programs available
Good day, Michael. There are plenty of websites in the form of blogs and forums that do talk about manipulating or adjusting the speed of your computer's cooling fan. Some people say that it works okay for them, while other would say that there are compatibility problems with the program in so far as XP, Vista and Windows 7 is concerned.
Bear in mind though, that your fan's speed is regulated by the computer itself. If the CPU gets too hot, your computer will automatically adjust the fan speed to make it go faster. Once it cools down, the speed of the fan also slows down automatically. In short, your computer already has a built-in fan speed control system.
So to answer your question, no. You do not need a fan speed program to adjust your computer's cooling fan. Why fix something that isn't broken?
Besides, there are plenty of complaints in so far as compatibility issues with the software are concerned. However, if you want to see it for yourself, then follow this link.
Just remember this, the fan sucks in the wind to cool your CPU. In the same process, it also expels air. The air carries dust particles. The longer you use your computer, the more dust accumulates around your cooling system. If you feel that your computer is getting too hot, have it serviced by a professional technician.
Hope this has helped you.
