Articulate engage error – fails to install properly.

Hi all

I have recently been trying to install articulate engage to create engaging e-learning interactions but unfortunately I was not able to install it successfully. During the installation process I get an error. The screenshot of the error is attached below:

 

File Error
The Following error occurred on the File ‘C:Program FilesArticulate 2Articulate Engagetemplatesresourcesautorun.inf’.

Access is denied.

I have been trying to search for a solution to fix it up on the internet but I could not. There might be a solution somewhere but unfortunately I couldn’t find it. Can anyone please guide me to the website where I can find a solution to this issue or any ideas how to fix it up?

Articulate engage error – fails to install properly.

Hi there George J Martin,

 

The error you're getting says that access to the file is denied so installation cannot be completed. To resolve the problem, you should find out what is blocking the installer. It could be either the lack of permissions or your security.

 

First make sure you are running the installation as the Administrator (right click on the installer – run as administrator). Another thing to do is to disable your antivirus software before running the installer.
