I copied to an image editor a file from the net. When I was done editing and tried to save it to my folder I cannot make it and told I do not have permission to save it the desired location.
This is totally puzzling because I have no problems before saving to this folder.
Am I having some sort of virus infection or what?
Please help.
Thanks.

You don't have permission to save in this location.
Contact the administrator to obtain permission.
Would you like to save in the Pictures folder instead?

Asked to have permission in saving file
If you are set as the administrator then you should have no problems saving to that location.
You can try setting the security permissions to default by running this line of code.
secedit /configure /cfg %windir%infdefltbase.inf /db defltbase.sdb /verbose
This will reset all you security permission setting to default and activate it for everyone's access.
A warning message will tell you that you settings have reset.
This procedure does not only works for Vista, it also works for Windows 7 operating system.
This level of resetting is for Pro users of windows Vista and 7 and should not be use to violate somebody's own personal computer.
