Would you recommend a proxy server at a homeinternet connection? Is it safe?

Well it is always risky to use a proxy server at a place where there is restricted permissions because there is always a chance that you can get into trouble because the system is being monitored all the time and if they find any unusual IP addresses or something fishy, then they are most likely to come after the source and that is youl.

However if you are sure that the security is not that much tight then you can use any proxy website. Just google it and the first 3 results serve the best.

Also if you have mozilla firefox browser, you can download the add-on named HideMyAss. It is the best one so far I have used, it also supports flash.
