AT&T HTC Windows 8x Phone Problems

I have a HTC 8X phone from AT&T that they will not help us fix. When I go to send a text message I have to hit the enter key three times for every message. Is the screen worn out or a software problem? The phone also reboots 3 or 4 times a day with no warning. Is this a AT&T issue or a phone problem? Thanks

This is a problem with your phone. This should not happen due to issue with AT&T. For the text message issue there must be issue either with the enter key or with the messaging application. If there is issue with the key then for other purpose as well you need to tap the enter key multiple type while it requires only one tap. If you face problem with the enter key every time then go the service center to repair it. If enter key is working properly then try to do a restore factory setting. Before doing restore factory setting make sure you have taken full back up of your phone. Restore factory setting will solve the software issue.

 

For the multiple rebooting issue you need to update the phone to the latest version. Previously there was a issue with this phone but Microsoft investigated on it and released an update to fix this. Go to the setting and then phone update to update the phone. After updating the phone software switch it of and then switch it on again. Now your phone will not reboot multiple times.
