Hi there! I want to send an email to some person and this file that I am sending is in the Portable Document Format(PDF). But how is it possible for me to send a PDFÂ file via email when I can not attach it in the mail since the email does not allow me to save it? Any help?
Attaching a pdf to email possible?
In gmail you can attach a pdf in the email. You may be using a different mail server where pdf is not allowed. In that case alternately you can send the same pdf file from a gmail account. If you do not have a gmail account, you can create it free. Note that maximum file size in gmail is 25MB.
If you want to send the pdf file from the mail you are using then you need to zip the files. To zip one pdf right click on the pdf file and then move the cursor to Send To. Then click on Compressed (zipped) folder. Once you will click on this option it will create a zip folder. Attach this zip folder with the email and you must be able to send this zip format.
