Auto Backup giving problems in my HTC One mobile

Hi all,

I am using HTC One M8 mobile and it is awesome.

All features are very good, but I am having a hard time using the Auto Backup feature in the Google+ Photos application. It is showing the message that it is backed up 8 left and I was waiting on that to complete. But, it never completes the backup of photos. It was working fine so far. I am also having enough space in my Google account. I removed unwanted data to get enough space.

Did anybody faced this kind of issues? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much in advance.

Auto Backup giving problems in my HTC One mobile

If the app previously uploaded fine, then you likely have just a connection or settings problem.

1. Restart the device.

2. Double check you’re using a reliable Wi-fi network.

3. Make sure the sync settings are still set for Google drive. You can find that in the backup app under “Change backup settings,” then “Manage Storage Devices” and select “Google Drive.”

4. If still not working, then reinstall the photo app.
