Hello,
Today I’ve auto updated Zmodeler 2.1 to 2.2 and it won’t response on my computer and then I am getting an error message. And I’m unable to move back to 2.1 since the 2.2 is the updated version. So now I'm fixed with a broken Zmod. The earlier versions responded fine except for the version 2.2.
Just now I updated my XP Pro from Service Pack 2 to Service Pack 3.
I'm running a registered Zmodeler more than a year without any problem. How can I update it to version 2.2, if not how can I move back to the my previous version? I hope there is someone who can help me to resolve this?
This is the error message I found while trying to open Zmod2.2Â

Thank you for reply.
Auto update Zmodeler 2.1 to 2.2 won’t response on my computer.
If this is the first time it happened with your application, try restarting your computer then try it again. If it doesn’t work, why not try reinstalling ZModeler 2.2 on your machine. But you can only do this if you already have its installer. Since you already auto-updated your program from version 2.1 to 2.2, I’m not sure if that procedure didn’t delete the installer it downloaded to update your application. Check this location in your computer if you can still find the installer for ZModeler 2.2: C:Documents and Settings<user name>Local SettingsTemp. To go to this location, change the option in Folders Option to make hidden files and folders visible.
If you didn’t find the installer on that location then maybe the auto-update wizard of the application automatically purged the installer after the installation. To download the installer for ZModeler 2.2 again, you may visit. After downloading the file, uninstall your previous installation of ZModeler 2.2 then check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. After this, run the newly downloaded installer to install the program. See if this fixes the problem.
