To resolve this issue follow these steps:

1.  Go to “Start” menu>> “Control Panel”.

2. Open “Administrative Tools”.

3. Open “Local Security Settings”.

4. Click on “Software Restriction Policies”. If there is no software restriction, right click the “Software Restriction Policies” mode and select “ New Software Restriction Policy”.

5. Then double click on “Enforcement” option. And select “All users except local administrators”.

6. Then click “OK” and restart your PC.

After following this technique see your problem has gone.

If you cannot install AutoCAD on that computer, you are probably using a non-admin account. Though a non-admin account can sometimes install applications, programs like AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, CCleaner, and some other programs that require global modification to the system needs an administrator account. This protects the system from unauthorized modification. If you need to install AutoCAD, log in to the computer with an administrator account.

If you don’t have an admin account, ask someone with an admin account or the administrator of the computer to install the program for you. Also, before installing AutoCAD 2012, check that your computer meets the requirements.

Autodesk AutoCAD 2012 supports Windows XP (Home or Professional edition) Service Pack 3, Windows Vista (Enterprise, Business, Ultimate, or Home Premium edition) Service Pack 2, and Windows 7 (Enterprise, Ultimate, Professional, or Home Premium edition). It requires 1.6 GHz Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent Dual-Core AMD Athlon or faster processor with SSE2 support, 1 GB RAM, 1.4 GB free space, and 1024 x 768 minimum screen resolution.

If you’ll be installing from a CD or DVD disc, an optical drive is needed for the installation.
