Autodesk 3ds Max 2012 Software error

Hi experts,

I am using Windows 7 64 bit and trying to install Autodesk 3ds Max 2012 but I am getting trouble with the following software. I have installed all the plugins and reinstalled to fix this issue but still comes the same error message. Would you like to help me to fix this error?

Autodesk 3ds Max 2012 Software error

Hi Donald,

                You may be using a stand alone license, and you may need to acquire a network license for this to work. If this fails you may want to reinstall the software but do a clean install meaning you remove the program and any instances of it from program files and program data. This issue may also occur if you are installing in a Terminal Server, this violates the license agreement, you can only install it on a Client machine.
