Hi Friends,

 

I am having an issue with my Reference Manager. It is getting crushed if I try to add any drawing. This is a valuable tool for my job.

 

The Autodesk Reference Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Autodesk Reference Manager has encountered a problem

Hello John j odonnell,

The most logic explanation is that the software’s registry files have been corrupted. This may be due to a virus infection which has deleted some of the files. You can use computer repair software like pro tools to repair the computer. And also remember to thoroughly scan your computer so as t eliminate the virus.

You can also try to repair the software by starting a new installation and it will detect the already installed one then it will give you an option to repair it.
