Hi!
One of the cool features of Office 2007 is the automatic capitalization of words in necessary places.
But Microsoft has also given users the liberty to tweak or completely disable the feature.
Please follow the steps to do so:

Start PowerPoint 2007.

Click the circular office button in the upper right portion of the window. A dialog box appears.

Click ‘Word options’ from the bottom right corner

From the left, choose ‘proofing’. Then click the ‘autocorrect options’ button. A dialog box appears.

Choose the ‘autocorrect’ tab. Here you can see several autocorrect options related to automatic capitalization such as “capitalize the first letter of sentences”; “capitalize the first letter of table cells”. They are checked by default. Just uncheck the ones you want then click ok.

First you have to click Tools and then Auto Correct Options;

The next thing you have to do is select the Auto Correct tab if it's not currently selected;

And then remove the check mark from the option Capitalize first letter of sentences;

Finally click the OK button.
You're good to go once you followed the steps, any new line of text won't be corrected to begin with a capital letter.

To stop the auto capitalization in PowerPoint 2007 please follow the instructions below.
First of all Click on the Office button in the top left corner of the screen.
Then Click the PowerPoint Options button at the bottom of the window.
Then Select Proofing in the list of options.
Now Click the AutoCorrect Options button.
Uncheck the option Capitalize first letter of sentences.
Click the OK button.
