How can I set an automatic reply email to all the emails I receive in my Hotmail, Gmail or yahoo?

Automatic reply to received emails

Hi,

If you are using Gmail, here are instructions on how to Auto-Reply with a Canned Response

• Click on Settings
• Select Labs
• Scroll down to Canned Responses and select Enable
• Select Filters, Create a Filter
• You will see an option Send a Canned response

 

You can set up with any canned response you prefer. Like I'm having a vacation, I will be replying your mails as soon as I get back.

 

Thank you.

 

This is good if you have multiple forwarded emails in your inbox everyday.

 

You can automatically set replies to the user like "Please stop forwarding me chain letters"

 

Or if you want to get rid of spam mails by sending auto reply to the user.

Automatic reply to received emails

Email auto responder is very handy during times you cannot access your email address maybe because you are out of town, in a vacation, or maybe doing something else and really don’t have time to access a computer. Different webmail sites offer different ways of doing auto reply on your account. Here is one done using FastMail. This is one fast webmail site best for personal and business use.

• Open FastMail then login to your account.
• Click Settings, Define Rules, and then select Forward tab.
• Located below the page you will find “Vacation/auto-response”. In “Vacation message text”, compose your vacation message or the message you’ll be forwarding or replying to all the emails you’ll be receiving.
• Click Save Changes below the text box and then click “Apply all changes” located at the top of the page.

Unfortunately for FastMail accounts, to enable email auto responder you need to have a spam protection for your account due to backscatter issues.

First of all, I want to thank all of your instructive solutions. Both of your comments helped me reach my goal of making an automotive response to any mail. This is a great service and also can be used to thank people. I love it very much. I can go anywhere as long as I have a Fastmail account. Both of you helped me figure out how to configure automotive response. Reading your comments, I have made an auto responder service and people contacting me with their problems, getting an insulated mail to wait for their resolution. Thanks all of you for your helpful advices and techniques. I especially wish to thank Techyv.com for showing up this post.
