Automatically forward my emails from Lotus notes to my Gmail id's

Can i know the steps needed to configure to forward mails automatically to my Gmail please

Automatically forward my emails from Lotus notes

Hi T Hill,
The steps to send emails to Gmail account and Lotus Notes are as follows:
1) Open the 'Lotus Notes' software in the system
2) Click 'Tools' option at the left of the window, Click 'Rule' icon
3) Click 'New Rule' button at the top of the screen

4) In the New Rule dialog box, select 'All Documents'
5) Click 'Add' button, select the sender through the options
6) In the 'Specify Actions' tab, choose 'send copy' and the destination address in the 'to:' field
7) Click 'Add' button to add the rule, Click 'OK'
8) After applying the rule, all the mails will be sent to the Gmail account
